My elbow injury is almost fully healed up, and I'm back to writing/recording for the Light in the Shadows album! I sat down a few days ago to play guitar, and it was feeling so good to play again that I wrote most of the guitar part for a brand new acoustic song.  I've had a couple more sessions since, while also working on the lyrics and vocal melody away from the guitar. I plan on working on the transition between sections of the song the next time I pick up the guitar.
